We're easy to find and easy to contact!

Most of our members take advantage of our complimentary courtesy shuttle which picks residents up at their homes in the morning and returns them to their door at the end of the day. If you prefer to drive, Centers Adult Day Care at Trinity is located at 172-61 Baisley Blvd., Jamaica NY. We are on the grounds of the Trinity Lutheran Church on the corner of Baisley Blvd and Merrill Street with parking available in a private gated lot that you can enter from Baisley Blvd.

We are also accessible by bus from all points in Brooklyn, Queens and Western Nassau.
