Helping our members enjoy a full and independent life as they grow old is at the heart of our mission and that’ the lifestyle we provide – homey, familiar, safe, and full of life. Our staff is fluent in both English and Spanish and members enjoy the comradery of good friends, both old and new. Most of our members need a level of care that requires help from other care-givers. At the Bushwick Adult Day Care Center we offer medically supervised care on a schedule designed to meet your needs. From one day a week to five, we can provide a break for a care-giver at home who needs time to attend to other matters. And we can offer respite from the loneliness of the elderly who live by themselves, unable to get out and about. Our courtesy transportation van will pick up members at their door and return them home safely in the afternoon. While here, each member is medically supervised and all prescribed therapy is provided by the same renowned team of experts that helped earn the Bushwick Center for rehabilitation and Healthcare a Medicare.gov 5-Star rating. Two hot, home style meals, organized activities, and a renewed sense of belonging make every day here a delight.
