We're easy to find and easy to contact!

Most of our members take advantage of our complimentary curtsy shuttle which picks residents up at their homes in the morning and returns them to their door at the end of the day. If you prefer to drive, The Bushwick Adult Day Care Center is located at 50 Sheffield Avenue, Brooklyn NY, between Atlantic and Fulton Avenues. We are right on the grounds of the Bushwick Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. There is parking available in a private gated lot at the corner of Sheffield and Fulton Avenues.

We are also accessible by subway via the Alabama Avenue stop on the J and Z lines, the Liberty Avenue stop on the C line or the Atlantic Avenue stop on the L train. The Long Island Rail Road East New York station on the Atlantic Terminal line is five blocks away.
