  • The 98-bed Serenity Rehabilitation and Nursing Butler which will now be called Butler Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing

“With the addition of the three Serenity Care Group facilities, our world class services will be available to more than 400 people throughout the Kansas City region,” said Kenny Rozenberg, CEO of Centers Health Care. “Our homes reach from the Woodbridge area of Kansas City to Overland Park, Kansas, and south to Butler, Missouri. Our goal is to one day offer the full spectrum of services available now through the Centers Health Care northeast continuum throughout the Midwest.”

Centers Health Care offers short-term and long-term residents a wide range of programs in 45 facilities covering five states. Their reputation as an industry leader in recovery and rehabilitation is well known. The services include Long Term Care, Home Care, Adult Day Care, Managed Long Term Care and Medical Transportation, along with specialty care services such as renal dialysis, ventilator care, and more.
